- Because all Toys are Artist products and limited there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the wrong item is shipped. In which case the incorrect item must be returned in its original packaging before the correct item is sent. No additional shipping fee will be assessed. Makalibuland takes great care in packaging items for shipment, and is not responsible for damage caused by mail carriers. I ship via DHL/Germany Priority Mail. Please note, makalibuland is not responsible for foreign customs fees, nor the hold of items in customs. If you would like to upgrade your shipping option, request a different carrier, or add insurance, please send me an email. Be sure to include your name, email, and order description in your message. Additional fees will apply. Shipments are made 1 or 2 days after purchase. Please make sure the address provided with your payment is current and correct. Makalibuland is not responsible for returned orders.
